A special mention goes to Jorge at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel’s location is fantastic, with the tram just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for us to explore the city.

Perfect stay. The hotel is near Rockhal and it's perfect if you want to stay away from the busy area. The room was so quiet even though the hotel is located by a busy road. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The room was spacious, elegant and comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable and, again, one of the nicest I've ever seen. I have no complaints. Jacqueline is wonderful and super helpful. She made us feel so welcome. 100% recommend.
