Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty is een 5-sterrenhotel in Almaty. The best thing I appreciated was the Park around hotel, I did need it to calm down nerves. Also the hotel itself was comfortable and spacious, no noise ot trouble. Restourant was really good with a lot of options for breakfast and high quality of products for eves.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom . We loved the view over snowy Astana. Dinner at Salter's was unforgettable and breakfast at Emilya's unbelievable. We will definitly come back, need to try the SPA!

The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’

Spacious and clean room, the staff are amazing and very helpful at the reception and the bar! Also the breakfast is delicious and had many varieties. Well done 👏

They serve cooked food on real plates with real utensils instead of donuts and cereal served on styrofoam cups and plastic utensils that the same chains use in the US.
