Special thanks to GM. Natia she was very professional, helpful to attend our requests and kind enough to order taxi for us when we checked out. Definitely 'We would be happy to come back again.

I booked two rooms at hotel winoterra two months in advance, and they confirmed my order. But on the afternoon of my check-in day, I was told only one room was available. I had to book another hotel last minute before my flight took off. I chose Glarros OldTown, and was not disappointed.

The room was neat and designed for maximum convenience. There was a loofah and two types of hair conditioner in the bathroom, as well as hand cream next to the soap. The under-bed lighting with motion sensors ensured you wouldn’t bump into furniture. Having a coffee machine in the room with daily capsule refills was a blessing for a caffeine junkie like me. The restaurant was a little pricey but offered a wide variety of options on the menu, with beautiful botanical decor. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it.
