Beautiful hotel. Our oceanfront rooms were just a few steps from the beach. The pool area was lovely. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to use Westin facilities but much preferred staying at Buoy Haus. Would highly recommend staying there.

Located 300 metres above the Caribbean Sea, this luxury hotel features an on-site restaurant, an outdoor pool, and free Wi-Fi. It is 1.6 km from Maghans Bay Beach. I would be visiting a lot more. And I would be recommending the hotel.

Customer Service was par excellence - Ms. Hillarine is a jewel, Lynelle is a foodie information fountain, Zenira is potential bursting at the seams, Dizhane is service with a smile, Sandy is helpful above and beyond, and Louis is a walking St Croix info center. The experience of meeting and interacting with each of them, individually and collectively, was a trip highlight.

I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Carrion, whose outstanding service and warm demeanor really stood out. He went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and his professionalism made a significant difference. Overall, I highly recommend the Castell Villa Hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in ST Thomas. I can't wait to return!
