Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

This place is an absolute gem from the quality of the staff, adherence to the historical character of the building and the finishes and traditional touches throughout. A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. The views were amazing. The bed extra big and comfortable. The staff was attentive. Everything was perfect.
