Located in Montevideo, in front of the beach Pocitos Beach, Hotel Costanero MGallery provides accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Buffet breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices. Also the eating area was beautiful with incredible views. Cute main lounge areas and nice bar available for guests. We had a late night pizza from the bar that was FANTASTIC. Front staff were so cheerful and helpful. Always greeted us and asked about our day (remembering what we were going to do), made us reservations, helped us with transportation, loaned us bikes (small fee), etc. Our room was spacious with a great view overlooking the beach and the ocean/river. We left curtains open to enjoy all the time. Area is very safe and has good access to all the sights. I was relieved we had rented in this area versus the old town.

Featuring a shared lounge, terrace and views of city, Nova Posada is set in Colonia del Sacramento, 400 metres from Rowing Beach. Great service and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and short walk from ferry and old town. Highly recommended
