Moatoga Hotel is a family-owned hotel, situated in the heart of central Apia. I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I truly felt like I got great value for the money spent—everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and a seamless experience.

Set on 15 acres of tropical gardens, Tanoa Tusitala Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms just 400 metres from Apia’s waterfront. Each room includes a spacious bathroom, cable TV and a patio or balcony. There was a large group of kids that were creating noise, knocking on our door numerous times. We asked to be moved and your staff moved us to a quieter room away from the kids. faafetai lava!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Samoana Boutique Hotel is set in Apia and also provides barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Was a great experience my family loved it

Located at the base of its namesake Mount Vaea, this family-run hotel is 950 metres from Apia's town centre. Vaea Hotel owners Lupe and Dean were gracious, friendly and informative hosts. They went above being hosts, they made you feel like part of their family rather than just a guest! Always smiling and happy. Breakfast was always fresh and great tasting! Farm fresh eggs done different ways, pancakes, toast, coconut jam, peanut butter, jams, marmalade, a fresh variety of fruit and alot of other good food, some being baked goodies such as coconut filled buns, so yummy! The Samoan coffee was an added bonus of tasting great. In the morning, the setting was peaceful and relaxing with the many flowers, plants and bushes with the birds singing. Dean and his son Shane made very good margaritas, a definate must try! A clean hotel with a lovely family owning and running it. Set in Apia, Upolu region, Alec's Hotel is located 2.8 km from Palolo Deep Beach. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location was very central and walking distance to the main hospital.

Hotel architecture, environment and surroundings, staff (especially front house person - Paris), staff service, excellent accessibility for wheelchair users, good parking, pool and layout of all seating areas etc, Breakfast menu, Siva afi performances during Fiafia night, cleanliness of all areas of hotel, bar staff service and drinks (although a bit expensive), Barista coffee - perfectly made.

Located 2.8 km from Palolo Deep Beach, Hotel Laimoa offers 3-star accommodation in Apia and features an outdoor swimming pool. Some rooms are equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge. I loved the staff at the frontdesk, Zelda, Rachel and Kailua. They were so helpful, friendly and just open to help the clients.
