Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

I will gladly stay at this hotel whenever I am in Kathmandu!

Everything was very nice. The staff were very friendly too. Staff (like Prajwol) made you feel welcome. It was very nice to have a drink and a little chat on the rooftop common space.
