Love the swimming pool and the room service that deliver the food to our rooms. The facilities are all very clean and new. Also the location of the hotel is just right at the door of the visitor centre so it’s very convenient after a whole day of heavy hiking you’d be so exhausted just to walk any further into the downtown area.

It is near to the center and all attractions that I wanted to visit. Almost a walking distance from all popular places. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was one of their favorites on our roadtrip through Jordan! It is actually closer to the airport than downtown Amman, so we highly recommend that more travelers start their journey here in Madaba before continuing on to Amman or Petra. Our room was very clean, comfortable and secure. All of the staff were kind and professional. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel to make it an especially unique and hospitable stay. The half board package that came with the 4-person family connecting room was a great value, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thank you!
