Our trip was delayed several days and he worked with us to modify our reservation without penalties, and had even made a reservation for us to have dinner the day we arrived, knowing it would be hard to find a spot because it was a holiday. Overall an amazing experience.

Gonzalo offered to give me a tour of the area which was great and there was no problem inviting people to visit and have a chat. I cannot fault the stay here, it was fantastic.
