The staff was very kind and helpful, location is fairly close to the center and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. There is also a secure parking in the locked garage for a fee.

The hotel is completely new - just opened a few months ago. So everything is clean and undamaged. The decor is tasteful, the location is great. The hotel is built on an empty plaza that sits above a parking garage and mall - that in itself is not particularly inspiring. But it is just a few minute walk from Gascona, the main restaurant and sidreria street in Oviedo. The staff were all super friendly and gave us tips for what to do in the area. We took a nice walk up the hills around the town to see some of the pre-Roman churches there, which offered great views of the city as well.

The place is just beautiful, new, stylish, smells good, the pool and garden outside is beautiful, the restaurant is beautiful, the rooms and terraces also. Breakfast was delightful, I have 0 complains.

Especially the concierge on the evening shift very attentive to my disability opening doors and helpful in general. Very welcoming staff, from concierge to cleaning staff.

I think everything on this hotel was perfect for us. The parking was fixed very good. The hotel itself it’s so well equipped from the corridor to the (bath)room. A nice spacious room with AC and a fridge. A very clean bathroom with very nice smelling bathing products. A very large breakfast. It’s only matter of time before Narcea gets an extra star.
