With a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.... breakfast was superb. the room was very spacious the same can be said about the bathroom. everything was spotless clean. location is just a bus away from train station and everywhere else we just walked. of all the hotels I stayed in Romania this was the best of them by far.

Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you.
