Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Nice interiors and a very comfortable room. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. An interesting location right on the strolling route between the Mausoleum (wonderful) and the new caravansaray shopping complex (not taken off yet).

The coffee operating machine should be corrected: e.g. In English it was written chocolate, in Russian it was written expresso. So my chocolate drink turned out to be expresso.

All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

This hotel is set on Lake Schuchye, among the pine forest of the National Park. A spa centre and free Wi-Fi are featured at Rixos Borovoe Hotel. I find it a wonderfully relaxing location with excellent staff and restaurants. The Chalet is one of the best restaurants I have ever enjoyed
