The hotel's location is fantastic – it's near the city center, with a view of the riverbank, and there's a large supermarket nearby, as well as free parking. The hotel offers excellent breakfasts included in the room price. They even cater to specific needs with special options for small children and vegetarians. I enjoyed my time in Plzen so much that I extended my stay by an extra night, checking in early in the morning rather than the afternoon. A special thanks to the female manager who helped me move from one room to another; she was incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was very modern and large size. The staff was very knowledgeable and many good suggestions for exchanging money, shopping for foods, and attractions. They also helped us by collecting an item we left behind at checkout, making it available for us to pick up later.
