Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. The best thing I appreciated was the Park around hotel, I did need it to calm down nerves. Also the hotel itself was comfortable and spacious, no noise ot trouble. Restourant was really good with a lot of options for breakfast and high quality of products for eves.

The stuff was always helpful. The room was spacious, it was cleaned well all the time. I was pleasantly surprised finding an iron and an iron board that were very useful.
