Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... perfect location. hospitality and very helpful staff. They're all professional. breakfast is exceptional. room is stylish, modern and very comfortable. spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi is very relaxing and spacious. Don't want to leave.

I would recommend Ramada to my friends and colleagues.

Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’
