Situato a Basseterre, il Bird Rock Beach Hotel offre un ristorante, una piscina all'aperto, un bar e un salone in comune. Room was spacious and comfortable. View over the ocean was spectacular. Could also see the Dolphin Discovery and dolphins doing tricks. Room had many facilities such as fridge, microwave, cooking facilities, crockery, ironing board. Reception was extremely friendly and helped me with some of my travel issues which I was grateful for. Staff were kind in general. The breakfast was quite good though a bit pricey.

The staff are very friendly. Our villa was on the ocean and had a great view. The villa had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is great with all the restaurants, the Strip and grocery store all within walking distance.

Washer and dryer were brand new, and all cleaning items were provided. Very comfortable and restful sleep. TV with good entertainment options and comfortable living room. More than enough sheets and towels provided. This hostess thought of everything - even a cell phone was provided with 1000 minutes with roaming at no additional charge. She also provided contacts for car rentals and taxis.

The staff were exceptional and were really helpful and friendly. I would come.back for the staff alone. They are an asset to your business. Treat them well. While some people may not like how quiet it is, it was perfect for me and my needs. Peaceful and Serene location
