The staff are very friendly. Our villa was on the ocean and had a great view. The villa had everything we needed to be comfortable. I can understand why the Hermitage Hotel has such amazing reviews, the hotel is absolutely stunning and certainly does not disappoint. An added bonus, fortunately for us, our room was ready and we were able to check in early. Our room, what can I say, just spectacular. Within a loft buiding, Carridge House, had a partial seaview, over looked a beautiful lush green garden and surrounds. Late afternoon the garden was populated by the local cheeky monkeys, running and climbing amok, the curious ones up on the roof opposite, checking us out, the new arrivals. In the evening we had delicious dinner, which included a complimentary rum punch and in the morning, a delicious cooked breakfast, which set us up for the day. Initially had only booked one night but ended staying for two. Thanks has to be given to all staff at The Hermitage behind the scenes and front of house (Richie - proprietor, Jamila, Shawn) as they certainly enhance the experience.
