The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful especially Nana, Sergio and Alex. Nana helped us with the route and check in process and she also upgraded our room to a room with balcony. She had a beautiful smile whenever we met her. The rooms very well lit and had a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. I have been to multiple hotels in multiple cities, but I should mention that the matress in this hotel was one of the best and I will give a 10 star for the matress.

Everything was wonderful, starting from the manager on the reception (very kind, welcoming and polite) and ending with the room (it’s clean, there is a lot of space, everything seem new). Very comfortable temperature inside of the room (even without turning on the AC), good smell and lightening. I highly recommend, the hotel is located in calm area but close to the center. I was checked in 30 minutes before the due time

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful and really thoughtful.

There is a big well equipped gym. Great location - close to the city center but a bit outside of touristy area. Amazing restaurant on the rooftop with great options for dinner and breakfast.

They always greeted me with a warm smile and and made me feel really welcome at the hotel. They were helpful in every respect. Khira even made me a sandwich for my onward journey and I enjoyed the chats we had during my stay. The hotel room was impeccably clean and it will be my hotel of choice when I visit Tblisi again. Thank you all for making my stay in Tblisi so comfortable. I came away feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed. I will most certainly be back!
