The location is awesome, quiet but close to the Main Street and lake. The room is clean and overall amenity and breakfast are all great. Special thanks to the friendly staff at front desk who was very supportive to help find back the glass we lost and even help upgrade the room in our second stay (thanks Bipin !) :)

Despite my first complications in the city, the hotel staff was more than helpful and assisted me and my friend to settle things. The hotel employees love their work and one can feel, that they are always ready to assist you. We used the bonus of transferring from the Airport, which worked smoothly as well. The rooms are clean and spacy. The position is in the quiet corner of the busy Thamel district and it is the best location to start your journey and just the right place for the city trip. All the team members were friendly and helpful. Great communication, nice breakfast and coffee on the rooftop. Simple decor, but room and bedding was super clean. They also let us to store some stuff with them while we were trekking. I would stay again! Thank you for everything Aashraya Home.
