It is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The artistic work, devour, furnishings, and dining room were first class. We were made most welcome and the staff were very accommodating. it is in an excellent location and there is ample secure parking.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Petra Moon Luxury Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They even went the extra mile by assisting us with securing tickets to the Petra night show at a late hour. Seeing Petra illuminated was a truly magical experience, a fantastic contrast to exploring it during the day. The hotel's location is ideal, just steps away from the entrance to Petra. This proximity made exploring incredibly convenient. While the rooftop pool wasn't ideal due to the wind, the jacuzzi provided a relaxing alternative. Breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary cookies were a delightful touch – thank you!

We were beyond impressed by how great the service and the staff in Sandra Hotel. Mr. Mohammed from reception was so nice and helpful. He offers help without you having to ask for it. He helped us get airport drop off for a much cheaper price compared to what Uber charged. Beds are super comfy and worth trying them after a long fun day in Amman. You can't beat this location!! It's a walking distance from most touristy attraction. You are surrounded by endless numbers of affordable shops where you won't be able to stop shopping. The location is perfect, close to the best parts of Amman but also feels like you’re in more of a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.
