Bussy-Saint-Georges has the key benefit of being on the RER train line between the French capital and Disneyland Paris, Europe’s most popular theme park. The town is one of the more recent additions to the landscape east of Paris and its name is thought to refer to the woodland that once covered the land. It is still relatively green today and is surrounded by countryside and small parks and lakes.
Most of the Bussy-Saint-Georges accommodation lies between the Marne River and the A4 motorway which connects to the Paris ring road.
