Breakfast was a smorgasbord of options. Servers were so helpful and attentive. The junior sous chef Jaysh checked on us a few times. Anything we requested was supplied by a smiling staff member. Keep up the excellent service.

Prerna was messaging before I reached to let me know that if I had any needs she could take care of them. We stayed for a birthday celebration and they ensured that we had an amazing time. Even at the buffet breakfast the staff are asking what you would like, they will get anything you need for you and have it made fresh and brought directly to your table. The hospitality was very good.

Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 10 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Room is very big. The style is a bit old fashioned in luxurious way, but all good. Breakfast has more types of food you could possibly hope for. For dinner you have multiple options. The pricing is not cheap by Indian standards, but normal compared to regular western rates.

Spacious, clean and above all the exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of staying recently with my wife and young daughter. The attention from the staff was superb, I’d particularly like to call out Gilbert and Arvind in the Amara restaurant who made our stay very memorable.

Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Staff very professional well mannered and very helpful location was great cafes close by

Excellent property with 5 star facilities. It is located at a very central location - R S Puram- which is hub for shopping. The property itself is new and is very well maintained. Staff and food is also very nice. Would recommend it for anyone coming to stay in Coimbatore whether for business or leisure.
