EL PICNIC ATITLÁN has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Tzununá. Built in 2019, the property is within 35 km of Volcano Atitlan. Guests can enjoy mountain views. I don't know if I liked the view from the bed more or the view at breakfast, I will definitely never forget these views. I don't think you can get tired of them. There are small shops nearby, the route from the harbor to the accommodation is also manageable on foot (approx. 10 minutes), otherwise tuk-tuks are available for transportation. Village itself doesn't offer you much, but you can walk in 45 minutes to the nearby San Marcos La Laguna, where more life is available. The accommodation is wonderful, we slept with the tent open the entire time. I also recommend the dinner cooked by the owner, it is excellent. There is also an additional bar next to the accommodation where you can eat and drink during the day.

The hotel is super cute with artwork everywhere and clean. The staff is really accommodating and there are a lot of tours and shuttles available to book through the hotel. The location is good and a good value for the quality of the hotel.
