Wonderful hospitality! The staff treated us like family, they were so kind. Even with the language barrier, they booked us a shuttle to a popular hiking spot nearby. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious and fresh.

Nice cottage overlooking the mountains and Lake 田沢湖 while easy to find. The host is super friendly, attentive and thoughtful. We have little gifts offered by the host including Japanese dessert, warm pack and Onsen powder from famous Kyroyu Onsen ( 乳頭溫泉鄉 黑湯溫泉）.
The cottage has everything you need for a family who wants to prepare a meal in the house and enjoy the natural environment. And we also enjoyed music much via the Bluetooth speaker in the living room. Overall we loved our stay very much. The private Onsen is an absolute added value.
