I had a wonderful experience at the SUBZERO SUITES. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please SUBZERO SUITES give your staff awards! Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always.

About a 35% increase
WiFi only worked on my 1st day after that never did until I left and the receptionist didn’t seem to be bothered nor had a clue as to what to do regarding the WiFi.
It was also rainy season so the street was somewhat flooded.
However the staff were amazing
And it was a great location and easy to get around.

The area needs more attention in the aspects of environmental cleanliness, almost all the drainages are clogged with dirt's, plastic bottles, sachet water packs which prevents water from draining into the canals.
