Great villas, clean with a clean pool, very worth the money and value (its on the cheap side), location is a bit far from anything by leg and it doesnt have free transport, if u have motorbike or car, its very worth it. Laundry service overheated my clothes and caused them to shrink in size. Villas huge, toilet huge but kinda empty even tho its fully equipped, abit outdated decor.

As the first resident in this brand new villas the property was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner helped us with everything including renting bikes, return ride and speed boat tickets. Place is very peaceful and clean. I recommend those who visit Phangan to check it out and stay there.

"Family" room on the beach had super nice beach view, strong aircon and WiFi, came with mat (appreciated) and broom and other essentials. We were there for about 20 hours starting about 4pm and didn't hear ANY music or other sounds, just lovely ocean waves (and occasional bark from many dogs that live on the beach). Contrast that with the northern Thong Nai Pan beach, which unfortunately has annoying loud live and recorded music. Soft white sand beach.

Sunsea Resort is located on the quiet southern end of Koh Phangan, with a private beach and a beachfront Thai restaurant.
