I liked the place location as it was central to most of the areas we wanted to visit. The owners were awesome from day one. They could improve on the checking in process, only one person was on duty when I wanted to check in and had to wait for almost 15 minutes to be assisted as I arrived just after another guest had arrived. Overall, I'd give them an average of 8/10 and would recommend the place to anybody.

Fantastic location excellent view and the most amazing an friendly staff
Great venue to be at. Remote but with all necessary amenities one could need. Nice club house and facilities but was disappointed they closed early on New Year’s Eve and most places were also not opened on new year’s e.g. waterberg zip line. Loved the Elements golf course.

Bela Bela is a small town and everything is central.
Bela Bela is a small town and everything is central. I found that there wasn't a lot of things that can be done at a reasonable price except for the Warmbaths resort. Restaurants and a shopping center were a 5 mins drive from where we booked and that was a big plus for us.

Would've been nice to see the Big 5 as advertised, but we didn't get to see any elephants, although were told people on the game drives see them as the game rangers know where they are. The Lions are kept in an enclosure, but you are not able to view them freely, you can only see them on Wednesday and Sunday morning for feeding. Having said that we did enjoy our stay, it was relaxing, everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Mablingwe Nature Reserve, Private Residences, the ROCK COTTAGE, which I would never recommend as your safety is not considered even if the ceilings fall down,
For me if you have great accommodation and comfort the being in the bush experience can be enjoyed, dont expect an animal safari.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting with donkeys, antelope and a peacock wandering through the grounds. It's perfect for a relaxing day or two just sitting reading in the sun. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
We love the location and the whole set up, staff visibility is 💯 and they are friendly .Pools are always clean. kiosk was on point .We got a self catering option and so the apartment had enough cutlery and cookware which was great.
Value for money, friendly environment in totality, no hostility at all, very welcoming, intend visiting againg with children the place is homey self catering, good for those whi can't book in the forever resort
Breakfast was so delicious, room are superb
And the pool, I've never visited it. If u can add the hairdryer and shower caps in the bathroom, your place will be five star hotel.
