I'd give it a 10/10, but the room's humidity is a real problem. If you don't use the AC, the floor gets soaking wet, and it somehow fried my laptop! I think the motherboard's toast because of the humidity. But other than that, it was great.

Cleanliness, not far from airport the Resort was over and above my expectations the staff were great. the local shopping was good and it was easy to get around there are plenty modes of transport we used Grab very efficient and punctual; the cars were clean the drivers courteous. We dined at local food outlets in the surrounding aeras, and prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty.

We love staying in Nusa Dua as it has manicured gardens and allot of 5 star hotels. Plenty to do and very safe. We have stayed in Nusa Dua more than 30 times, have visited the rest of Bali but will only stay there. Lots of restaurants that you can walk to both on Bali Collections and South Gate (North Gate had been destroyed due to Covid)

Nusa Dua is a very good area for families and couples. Safe and the beaches are good. Lovely walking/bike trails along the beach that go for quite a distance. Very green and lush. Good western style shopping area and restaurants at Bali Collection with regular shuttle buses to and from the local resorts. But... some of the bus scheduling is a bit hit and miss. And sometimes you can't get on due to limited seats available. But Grab cars are inexpensive. Local 7-11s are good too.

This was our second time to Bali Tropic. The resort and restaurants are well maintained and presented. The balinese style of the buildings and rooms we preferred to the western hotel block style. The staff are friendly and happythis really makes the trip. The location on the beach is great and lovely view and walking around easy. Opposite is a laundry drop, massage and Pepito store which is handy. We ate at Ratya most nights and ordered lunches to our pool location. The spa was a really nice balinese style a day after we arrived.
-The hotel is located close to the shops, restaurants, pubs (2 mins walk) , and they also have a free shuttle going to Bali collection mall .
- The beach club is nice they offer a free shuttle going to the beach club.
- The two pools are massive and so nice.
- Buffet breakfast are good.
- Rooms are bigger and clean.
- They have kids club for the little ones to enjoy.
- No Traffic in Nusa Dua.
- The hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. they are always happy to help.
- It’s a good place to relax.
Excellent location, outstanding balinese architecture, very friendly staff, specially Kantun, nice and friendly, the hotel has 3 pools, all of them very clean and not crowded at all, so you can have a peaceful rest. I highly recomend this hotel, even when it has a very low puntuation. This hotel its even Better than the ones next to it, the beach is even cleaner than Merusaka and Nusa Dua Resort
The resort was beautiful and authentic Balinese. The Spa was outstanding with private shower facilities and well trained therapists. We really enjoyed our stay in Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua.
