Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, food very good and pretty varied every day. Cleaning 9.5/10. Room upgraded for free by the hotel. We plan to come again at this hotel and would recommend it, either for couple vacation destination, or as a family vacation in Balearic. Very good and pretty close (using a rented car) to popular and wonderful tourist spots. Very close to Palma (and the airport) but enough distance to not feel the pressure of a large city. Very quiet and clean neighborhood, at least in November. Probably in the main season it gets a little more crowded and noisy. Weather was excellent in 2024 (only one day with very high winds - 21st), plenty of sunshine. Sea water a bit cold (around 16-17), but the hotels pool was heated so very attractive and usable.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were a lot of German people there, it doesn't even feel that I'm in Spain. Even the food was more likely the German instead of Spanish. Also there were a lot of night clubs if you are interested in.

The beach is beautiful at playa de Palma, other than the seaweed on the shore, the water is clean and clear and the sand is soft. There are a lot of rentals in the area with Jetskis or parasailing, catamaran rentals, etc.
The sunset at the beach is just gorgeous.
Transportation from the airport to Playa de Palma is possible by taking a taxi or if you're looking for a more affordable option, the bus is very convenient.

The resort is targeted to the German holiday makers but we found lovely place to eat and it was busy but not too overcrowded.
Beach was beautiful, good prices for beds and parasols.
Overall reasonable prices.
We are going to go back next year.
Megapark did attract lots of German tourists but they didn’t bother us and mostly were just watching the Euros in there.

Food was great, mostly lunch and dinner. I took all inclusive and it was nice… There are many options to eat… omelets on demand and crepes… During the dinner they make fresh pasta as you wish

In my opinion the hotel is a great value for the money. The room was super clean and you could get fresh towels everyday and small tidy up of the room on a daily basis. What I liked the most is having really good coffee for breakfast prepared from the staff in the bar. Location very close to Palma Aquarium and two bus stops very close to hotel. The staff is very friendly as well. I would come back definitely.
The view from room 425 is divine!!! The location of the hotel is amazing!! The heated pool was able to compensate for the cold sea. photos of the rooms corresponded to reality. Mallorca and your hotel are now our love!! Nearby there is a large free parking lot for a rented car, as well as a gas station and public transport stop nearby - all this is convenient.
Perfect location to be quickly at the Playa de Palma. Since on the back side of the street also quiet. For a few days, the perfect hotel. Very modern and newly equipped. Breakfast is ok for a few days.
The location is great, near to the beach, near to the bus station, near to Aquarium and near to a market. The hotel has an elevator and sea view from the balcony.
