The location was in a non-touristic area which was great for us, because we wanted to stay away from heavy touristic places. Also, we rented a car and the town was within a 10 minutes drive.
We liked the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space to entertain a 5-year old kid.

Very clean, spacious apartment for a family of 2-4 people. The host was super helpful.
I highly recommend this apartment. I would love to stay there if I visit Gran Canaria in the future again.
Breakfast was the best. There was nothing caused us any issues. We ate in the hotel and the food was good value for money. The shopping centre next door is well worth a visit, with loads of big name shops.

Vecindario is a very uninteresting town with not much to do.
Vecindario is a very uninteresting town with not much to do. We stayed there since it was close to the airport, but I recommend Agüimes or Ingenio for the same reason, since those towns are much prettier and interesting and also about 15-20 minutes ride to the airport.

Elba Vecindario Hotel Airport was amazing!! All the staff was very friendly and professional, specially Mr Santiago, Mr Luca, Mr Angelo, Alba and Arianna. They picked me up and drop me to the airport and they assisted me in whatever I needed. I would definitely come back and stay there!!

It is a nice town with many wind mills, hundreds, because it is indeed the windiest spot in Gran Canaria. Windmills to produce MegaWatts hundreds of them every hour.. all year round. Vecindario is easy town.

The town is quite large and has various centers including a large shopping mall. Quite a large area of the town is in the process of either being developed or redeveloped. We found that although there were many restaurants several were closed, those open often offered limited choice - kebab and pizza were king and of course McDonalds. The position of the town ( provided you have transport ) is great for exploring the interior and its location on the motorway provide quick access to both north and south of the island. Sadly although we looked we could not find a tourist information center so I am sure we missed many good things in the town

It was really surprised when i arrived. I payed a Low price, but the hotel was more nicer Than i thought. The room Was absolutley clean, and really nice. The staff was kind and helpful. I have actually a little view for the see, whitch made me extra happy. The bed was really confortable, i sleep very well. I will Absolutley come Back in the future if i will be around.
Stayed here many times. I travel every month to different hotels, apartments and one or two hostels. This is the cleanest accommodation I've found. The staff here work hard to keep the place spotless and give a warm and efficient welcome. It's a lovely small town for a quiet break.
It was in vecindario where we always stay, and located near the shops bus stops restaurants etc. Clean and much quieter than expected, as rooms are on street level. Good soundproof windows and shutters.
Generally decent if a bit dated hotel
Convenient location for either airport or Maspalomas, if you drive, able to park on the road as well.
Also good base for some cycling roads.
