Modern and new, well maintained, very good dinner and breakfast options and cost restaurant. Also they have a coffee machine with excellent coffee. Nice change after drinking lots of Omani coffee on our trip.

The view of Jebel Shams was very beautiful and the location of the villa was easy to access. The villa was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning and shower facilities. The owner of the villa was very kind and helped us with our family's campfire and barbecue. We also ordered dinner and breakfast separately, which was reasonably priced and allowed us to experience the taste of traditional Oman. The villa yard was spacious, so I pitched a tent for my daughter, who loved it.

Luxurious and spacious inside with shower and toilet compartment inside the done. Bed is big and enough duvets were provided for the colder winter month. Even heating was available and black out curtains. There is a fire pit place just outside the dome and a parking area. The domes have a wall around them. Breakfast was included in the nearby Jebel Shams resort but of less quality than expected and in a big not so cost room. At breakfast, wifi was available from 7-9am. Same for dinner. The domes are just a short drive away from the starting point of the Balcony walk.

The property is centrally located for the Balcony Walk, Via Feratta, and Jebel Shame Hike. The bathrooms and kitchen, especially the refrigerator, were dirty. I would only stay here again if apartment was clean.
