We stayed 5 nights in mid-September. We had the place to ourselves 3 of the 5 nights. The room overall was good for storage, size and amenities. Our beds were comfy. The coffee was good. Breakfast was good. The pool was good.
Parking was free and gated.
The walk to the Parguera fun zone was easy.
If you have a car, you are not far from many beaches and neighboring towns. It just takes a while.
Chelsea, Carolina and Alandra were wonderful hosts and provided great recommendations.

The location of the hotel is excellent. They have plenty of parking spots for the guests and it is walking distance to many casual restaurants and to boat services.
The employees were vey courteous, answered all of our questions and they even accompanied us to our room. Our room was #13 with a nice view to the pool area and to the ocean.
The room is big and the bathroom area has plenty of space. It was clean they had hot/cold water with good water pressure. The towels were new or almost new.
The sheets were clean and soft and the pillows and mattress were comfortable. Free WiFi and the TV had a variety of channels. The room was also equipped with a safe box, ice bucket, water, snacks and beach/pool towels.
The A/C wasn’t working properly but they solved the issue.
The hotel was clean including the common areas.
They also owned a few restaurants and if you visit one of them and mention that you are staying at the hotel they will give you a 10 % off. We visited Isla Cueva Restaurante and it was good and the attention was excellent.

We stayed in Pargeura for 2 nights.
We stayed in Pargeura for 2 nights. The first night we went on a Biobay tour. The next day we explored Cabo Rojo. Everything recreational to do in Parguera is based upon hiring a boat to snorkel, dive, kayak, paddle board etc. There is no beach in close proximity. Also, restaurant choices are quite limited and very meh. Parguera town is very safe and walkable although not particularly scenic. Anything beyond this small marina town requires a car to reach.
