we had stayed before an it was nice. we went back an will NEVER stay again. approx 630 pm on the day of check in we pulled back the blanket and there was blood. clearly blood an it was crusty. upon calling the front desk they offered new bedding or new room. chose bedding, we were already un packed. need less ta say I nor my friend slept much...not knowing if the stuff really was clean or just refolded an bagged up. in the morning we informed the front desk we would not be staying the remainder of our stay. the response from "supervisor" was they could comp the one night 20% and could refund our stay for remainder. very rude about.

Traveled to see a Christmas show and we did a little site seeing. Definitely plan on visiting the Dells again. The room was large and quiet.

It is a small hotel, very quiet. Staff was super nice!
We went in the off season. There was still a lot going on, and perfect for us. Being older we didn't need the rides or waterparks. But traveling with younger kids, I would go during the summer for all that fun stuff. Our grandkids go every year and love it.

There is always something to do in the Dells.
There is always something to do in the Dells. Even in the autumn. There was still many attractions open and not overly crowded. The leaves were changing and beautiful to look at. Many hotels have indoor pools and water parks to enjoy.

After years of coming to the dells as a child, with my...
After years of coming to the dells as a child, with my children and know with my granddaughter I'm saddened by alot of the changes. I liked the uniqueness of the different hotels and shops downtown. It was a great location to meet all different people from all over the world. It offered different levels of spending so folks of different income brackets could find a way to enjoy their stay. Now soo much is owned by one person and alot of the dells now looks the same. The magic is not the same.

There is too much stuff to list. I would suggest making a plan on things you want to do,then do more. Very fun place to visit in any season. I will be returning. I recommend anybody to go at least one time and check it out. You won't be sorry.

We only had two days and one night to be there.
We only had two days and one night to be there. The Town was so cute and we loved the stores. Unfortunately, we came in the middle of October and a lot of the shops were closed because there aren't that many visitors but the good news was that there were no crowds or lines. We ate at The Grateful Shed and Moose Jaws which were both recommended and lived up to their expectations of being fun. The highlight of our trip was Wizard Quest and it was so much fun for all ages. We are both seniors and enjoyed every minute of it and the price drops after October 1st too, as well as free parking. It was a very fun trip and we hope to get back soon.

The view was beautiful. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the lake was calm and relaxing. The dream suites seemed more quiet and set apart from the busy tourist traffic. I loved that there were no children around and quiet time started at 10 PM. The staff seemed friendly.
Being right on the lake was perfect. Patio/balcony was nice for sitting outside. Pools were well kept up. Vending machines and arcade machines in hotel lobby, free arcade outside. Kayaks. Extremely close to wilderness and activities.
Very nice place to stay and their rates were really good. I will definitely consider staying again as they were not over priced like the other places in Wisconsin Dells.
