Not sure how old the Best Western Zion (Springdale, Utah) is, but it appeared to be almost brand new. Landscaping, hotel exterior, interior lobby, hotel room/bathroom were all in immaculate shape. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long cold day of hiking in Zion National Park.
The full breakfast was great. Several outdoor gas fire places located around the property allowed travelers to relax by the fire. The hotel is located 1 mile from the western entrance to Zion and Zion Visitor Center. Many restaurants, including Zion Canyon Brew Pub, are within walking distance.

We only had a day in Zion. Could have stayed several. Lots of trails and beautiful scenery. I recommend the end of October or beginning of November. It had just cooled off and there was hardly any waiting or crowds at all.

Athe shuttle service was awesome.
Athe shuttle service was awesome. After hiking all day it was so nice to catch the shuttle back to our accommodations. We took advantage of all the grocery stores in Springdale since we were staying in a cabin with an efficient kitchen.

Charming town, but a bit of a tourist trap.
Charming town, but a bit of a tourist trap. Prices are steep, but the shops and restaurants and staff are all super profesh. Ate out three times, and got relatively mediocre meals (may not know the right places). We just dropped in to places, and probably should have researched more. Only one "bar" (Zion Canyon Brew Pub, too packed to check it out, closes at 10 p.m., thus not much night life), the rest are restaurants that serve beer and booze with food.

Zion Natl park is the only reason to visit Springdale.
Zion Natl park is the only reason to visit Springdale. The town is clean, updated, even a bit trendy in atmosphere. Like many tourist venues, the restaurants are a bit pricey, but there is a wide selection and the food is good. There is parking at many establishments, but the best way to get around is the free bus shuttle.

The pool area was lovely. Gorgeous setting, clean, & the hot tub glorious!
The breakfast was also great, not much choice, but was absolutely fine, and the staff at breakfast were so friendly.
Parking right outside the hotel, and just outside our room actually, was very convenient.
Springdale shuttle bus stop number 6 almost right outside the hotel which was great!
Great place to locate yourself to visit nearby Zion Canyon National Park. Following a good hearty breakfast we caught the shuttle from just down the road from the hotel into and out of the park. The room was very clean and well appointed and the hotel was only a short walk from the Springdale township where you can access groceries and restaurants.
Excellent location in Springdale. Zion shuttle bus picks up directly in front of facility. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean and well maintained facility. Good continental breakfasts included each morning . Great pool and spa. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Zion National Park.
Conveniently located in Springdale just minutes away from Zion National Park. Hotel was clean and warm, everything worked as expected, staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay.
