Very clean, just off the highway which was a plus for us. The staff was all very accommodating. We used this hotel as a halfway point overnight on a road trip with our two kids and two dogs and we enjoyed the property and were comfortable in it that we ended up booking it again for the drive back.

Firstly the place smelled of cigarettes , the walls were patched with spackle , dirty hand prints on one wall , yellowed light switches from nicotine , mold in bathtub , mold in corners on walls , a big leak on n bathroom ceiling , smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall .. basically a filthy dump . It was so disgusting that we skipped there’s breakfast in fear that it was on par with the rest of the hotel

I have been to many hotels and this was the worst.
I have been to many hotels and this was the worst. The pool was very small and not that clean. Wifi was in and out. Breakfast was not monitored properly and poor selections. Staff was very blunt and unhelpful. I was told I'd be in a handicap Shower Bathroom and once I arrived was told that there was only one shower in the entire building. I had to accept utilizing a room that had a tub which with my inabilities of stepping over the tub side served me no purpose. No bars or tall toilets. Poor upkeep and there was a smell of moldiness in the halls and entryway.

We loved the city, sooo much to do, resorts, close to the Hershey parks and history, City Island waterfront, and good food. We didn't get to see all of it, but we will return for sure. On the financial side, it is more expensive than you would think, especially hotels, so do a good research before you go, you might get a better deal than the one I did.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and no issues with anything not working properly. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We even received a free bottle of of a very nice peach bellini. Will definitely be booking a room there again. Right down the road from a winery named Springate and had an amazing brunch. Took in the scenery at the winery and went antique shopping. What an amazing weekend.

Facility provides the necessary amenities and some extras, but sign was visible from the highway, but not very clear, about how to get to the Facility, even with GPS, which Staff mentioned was a small issue, and small signage for the driveway that led to the Facility, but obscured by Restaurant's visibility, for anyone not familiar with the area.

Friendly, helpful staff, modern clean room with all the standard amenities. A great bar and restaurant. Very good breakfasts with the option of either buffet or off the menu. In close proximity to a number of museums including the main reason for my visit, The National Civil War Museum which is well worth a visit. The city also boasts some fantastic architecture and a walk around the city provides some excellent photo opportunities.
The location of the hotel to Hershey Park stadium was great- about 5 miles and a straight shot. The room was a good size, clean and the beds comfortable. Nice that breakfast was included. Would stay again to go to Hershey Park.
