Very nice ownership. Very clean and the price is right. They should actually charge more considering what is in this area. Beautiful, small, comfortable. Wifi is fast. Oh, and they are pet friendly.

Watertown is close to 1000 islands, which is a beautiful stretch of the St Lawrence river. We drove through, but we are sure there are beautiful hikes to explore and of course if you have a boat, it is a paradise

It’s a nice place to shop. People are very friendly. If you want a fantastic Steak go to the Texas Roadhouse. For a great breakfast, lunch or dinner there’s always Cracker Barrel but if your into chicken Chick-fil-A is your place. Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.

Meh...
Meh...It is fine for a shopping trip when returning to Canada from the US. Huge Walmart and decent Kohls. A must to gas up at, decent Red Robin. A stopover or event place as opposed to to vacation place

Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels,...
Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels, limited to non existent housekeeping, hotel made major safety error giving out room my wife’s key to a complete stranger and until confronted with a call to head office nothing would have been done…even at that just one night taken off bill. Front desk even hung up on me when I was trying to understand how this happened to my wife and young children who were alone on-a girls shooing trip. I wanted to see if they could be moved into a new room for safety (which was a no!) and at the very least was the key given out cancelled but I was hung up on. After that my wife was made to feel like she was overreacted by being scared that her room key was given to a complete stange man who entered my room at 11:30pm in an area known for human trafficking. They even have a sign on the hotel room doors to watch out for human traffickers. Do not stay at this hotel or chain.

If you’re going to or coming from Canada it’s a great place to stop. The town has everything you need, and there’re many places to eat, a museum, and plenty of out door activities, and quite historical.

The motel was very centered amongst shopping, dinning and other facilities. I used the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and very efficient. We ate at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called “hacienda “ and it was less than a mile from the motel.

Breakfast was good. Not fabulous as apparently it used to be before Covid, but adequate.
Had an issue in our bathroom which was very satisfactorily resolved by the manager.
Parking was generally quite easy and the hotel was centrally located.
Comfortable beds and nice size room.
No issue with the thermostat.
Would likely return if the price was right and would recommend.
What Breakfast ! there was no cook we waited for almost 2 hours than had to go out for breakfast, this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel , we have to reconsider our choice of hotel locaters , not what we expected from Booking .Com after our bad experience at Ramada Bellville Ont last fall.
Very good variety of choice available for breakfast and 24hour tea and coffee available in reception. Large capacity washing machine and dryers for only 2 dollars each.
Good location for our needs, plenty of shopping/ food outlets nearby if needed. Very easy route into Watertown.
It was a decent enough hotel, but it smelled very musty in there. Our bed was also very lumpy, so we didn’t get a great rest. The breakfast was as impressive though. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles etc. We enjoyed that
