We liked that the room was kinda secluded, and we didn't really have to interact with anyone. We stayed in a suite, and it gave us plenty of room for us and our kids! Having the kichenette was very useful with our early mornings!! The breakfast was amazing, so many options! They also have a pretty good time length for breakfast! The pool was great! Our kids loved being able to go into a pool that was at least semi warm and not freezing!

Tracy's is a great place to eat-good food,plenty of it and really nice servers. Must see places for us were: Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center Great Springs State Park, Charley Russell museum, Malcomb Air Base museum, the History museum, Ryan Dam & Great falls. Get hold of VisitGreatFallsMontana.org for a ton of information. They will send you free of charge their booklet called Montana's Basecamp and a bunch of brochures-even help you plan out your itinerary. These are super people to deal with!! BTW EVERYONE that we dealt with in Great Falls was very helpful and really friendly.

I highly recommend it.And we got gas in Great Falls and the staff there was so pleasant..we often don't get pleasant staff in Canada..

We regularly fly into Great Falls to see our daughter who...
We regularly fly into Great Falls to see our daughter who lives a ways south of the city. We've never actually spent time there before and we quite enjoyed it!
There are wonderful parks with great hiking and biking trails. The Charlie Russell Museum was excellent and there were several other museums we simply didn't have time for like the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center. And there's always fishing/rafting the Missouri river!

Every store and restaurant we went to the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurants were large portions and very good. We went to sip n dip saw the mermaid with our meal and had supper at Tracy’s a few blocks from hotel large portions there as well and food was good. The antique store just around the corner from the hotel has lots of treasures and the owner was very sociable and helpful Don’t forget to stop at their candy store and try their fudge and other goodies they won’t disappoint

Went down for shopping, but so much is closed. The "mall" is a dead mall with barely anything in it. Target is great, which is were we ended up.
Childrens museum was closed with nothing on the website indicating it was being used for a private function.

Great location, lovely interior, decent beds, nice bathroom, parking secure and convenient, great bar/restaurant attached. Would have been a great stay and highly recommended if it wasn't for the staff attitude issues. But if they can get the staff sorted, this hotel is really a great find otherwise and would be a really good value for your money.
We booked for date night specifically for hot tub and pool time is why we chose this hotel. Upon checking in we were told hot tub and pool were out of service with no mention of anything when we booked. Had we known we would’ve booked a much cheaper hotel with no pool. Price didn’t reflect the facilities not working

Extremely beautiful hotel, esthetics were perfect. You have the option of going to get breakfast for free or bringing it to your room in the morning for free. Awesome with our dog.
Good selection, staff were attenative to keeping the breakfast room clean and sufficient menu items available. Hard working family that is trying to make the hotel business work.
