The hotel's location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I express my gratitude to them. Throughout our stay, I found the room to be consistently clean. The availability of spare blankets and pillows proved to be very useful for us. The large-screen TV was a bonus, and the air conditioner allowed us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. We booked the property for two days, but we had some problems, so we had to cancel the reservation. I am aware that the booking was non-refundable. I was visiting Ludogorets FC. Noticed that the city was very clean, full of eateries, small cozy coffee shops and restaurants. Also spoke to some people and I noticed that they were happy people proud of Ludogorets FC.
