I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel actually was given the one star booking.com rating. It was very modern, exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent with decent coffee, fresh grapes, fried eggs, excellent sourdough?? bread, jam, Nutella and ham and cheese. I also had dinner there as I was very tired and I have to say that the pizza was very good. House wine was also very drinkable and the price was very reasonable.
Staff were excellent, friendly and enough English was spoken to make for an easy experience. I wasn't expecting that in such a small town.

Convenient location, next to a main road. Very clean and visibly well maintained all around. Lots of staff tending to the grounds. The room we booked wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a villa, which was great. Breakfast is from a menu, but is good.
