Everything about the place is well thought off and we enjoyed it a lot. Perfect pools and bar a pretty good beach infront of the hotel and the tennis and basketball outside courts came handy since u could do some outside workouts. We stayed in the pavilion with private pool and the views were amazing I couldn't get enough of it. I loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms it was really a perfect stay. The food for breakfast was okay i cant say that i havent tried better 5star hotel breakfast. I can easily say u cant get much better for a family vacation.

The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber.
There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need.
The beaches we visited are Mega Portokali and Paradise Kavourotripes. Both are sooo nice. Very clear sea, very niece beaches.

Wouldn't go back to Nikiti. Overcrowded in the season, can be a hell to park in the evenings and doesn't have anything special to offer. Typical greek tourist place. The beach is okay but not great.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.
We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Nikiti, Greece! The place is perfect—beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet area, the apartment ensures a peaceful and relaxing environment, yet it is only a 15-minute walk to the center and the beach, where you can find restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!
The rooms we stayed were great. Everything was new and clean. All kitchen utensils were provided. There was a coffee machine, oven, and microwave oven. It was close to the beach and center. There was honey and olive oil in the room. I want to thank for these tasty gifts. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. If we go to Nikiti again, we will choose the same place.
During our Northern Greece trip, we have stayed in several different hotels and Villa Sara was definitely the best hotel among of all. The room was very clean, modern and well equiped. If you are planning to stay in Nikiti area, I highly suggest you to book Villa Sara. It's perfect, very comfortable stay!
