The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they certainly aren't to blame for the owners' and directors' "grandeur delusions." The breakfast buffet is generous, but for someone like me who's on a diet and there to relax, it's not enough to make the stay enjoyable. In hindsight, it's clear that I didn't "fit" in. The place seems better suited for loud people and "nouveaux riches."

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and so much food. The staff was so courteous and helped with everything including taking us to the main part of town and showing us around.

I had the opportunity to stay in the charming old room just in front of the pool for a few amount more, including breakfast. This place is pure heaven. Peaceful. Quiet. The stuff is adorable.

It is a beautiful old town. Perfect for swimming in the sea and then going for a stroll. We stayed only one day so did not have a chance to visit any attractions. There are loads of places to eat and drink. The only downside is the prices. It was more expensive than we'd thought. Shop around because prices vary a lot.

Unfortunately my bad experience in this hotel and the management gave me bad impression.
We could pay this money in a much better place and city.
We couldn’t go anywhere in Jbeil because No transportation available there.
Also we couldn’t find good restaurants to dine in.
I will not go back there again

A wonderful historic town with everything within walking...
A wonderful historic town with everything within walking distance. A lot of very good restaurants and absolutely everyone was friendly and welcoming. Some great beach restaurants on both main beaches, one very rocky and one beautifully sandy.

The Se restaurant is beautiful. We love having breakfast and faced the sea. The overall ambience is soothing and pleasant. We had dinner at the restaurant too. Nice food and nice ambience as well.
The room is beautiful, the toilet is comfortable and a lot of storage. This hotel provided the most memorable amongst 3 other hotels during our stay. We were so happy to have stayed here.
The location is great too as you can go to places of interest from here.
It was a great stay in aleph hotel the whole staff is very friendly especially etien and elie the breakfast is good with a great view to the beach and citadel .Short walk to Souks and restaurants takes 2 minutes .
Joseph is the greatest host you can imagine, by far the nicest person I meet in Lebanon! The place is clean and the rooms are big with a fridge, tv and balcony. I'm coming back, thanks for everything Joseph!
