Treat yourselves to a moment of unique beauty and tranquility where the stunning desert landscape meets the Dead Sea’s turquoise hue.

The Hotel is in perfect location at the beach. All the rooms have sea view. The beds where wide and confortable. The spa is very nice. The hotel inside is nice. The food was good. It was quiet. Almost all the installations were in good conditions. The manager gave us a free lunch when we arrive and a couple of wine cups on compensation of tje jakkizi that was temporary out of service. The crew are very nice and always want to help in order for us to have a pleasent stay.

Leonardo Plaza Hotel Dead Sea, hotel in Ein Bokek

The Leonardo Plaza Hotel Dead Sea is only 15 minutes walk away from the beach. Free parking is available.

Our experience at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel Dead Sea was exceptional, largely thanks to Anat from the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. From the moment we booked through Booking.com and throughout our stay, Anat was a constant source of support and assistance. She helped us with every question we had, provided detailed guidance on the hotel’s amenities, and even offered thoughtful suggestions tailored to our baby’s needs, such as baby food, fruit, and essential equipment like a heater. Her kindness and genuine care made a significant difference and truly stood out. The hotel itself offers an excellent variety of facilities that cater to a relaxing vacation. Although we didn’t have the chance to use all of them, the availability of a children’s playroom, outdoor and indoor pools, and a range of wellness options is impressive. The location is another highlight—it sits at the highest point in the area, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the Dead Sea. Waking up to that view was an absolute treat and added to the overall serene atmosphere of the stay. Visiting in January proved to be a wonderful choice, as the peacefulness of the off-season allowed us to enjoy the hotel, beach, and surrounding area without heavy crowds. This made the experience even more enjoyable, giving us the opportunity to fully relax. Anat’s assistance extended beyond the hotel itself—she even helped us plan one of our evenings, recommended restaurants and activities, and coordinated with a taxi driver to take us to Ein Bokek with a stop for photos at the Colosseum viewpoint. Her professionalism and personal touch left a lasting impression.

I have been many times in Ein Bokek, so I have already visited most of its attractions. This time, my main goal was to rest and to bathe in the warm water of the Dead Sea. For first time visitors, I recommend to go at least to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and to Masada. But there are many other interesting walks in the Dead Sea Area.

The facility was very close to the beach front, also close to shopping places. The surrounding area is quiet and visitor friendly The pathway to the sea, compared to 3 years ago experience, was a little rough and unusually filled with too much salt residues. The inside SPA at the Oasis was perfect to experience the sea water and more The array of various foods to eat for breakfast and dinner could hardly be matched

Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation. It is located along the cost of Dead Sea,has many comfortable hotels to stay. It has nice beaches. Costal area is newly rebuilt. Has separated lines for bikers or wakers. It is easy to make day trips, or tours to historical sights beautiful cities, vineyards, zoos from here. Here is a Shopping mall with some top European and US brands, nice cafes, delicious bakeries. Jewelry store is located in David hotel. It is high quality designer jewelry. I love silver, never left empty handed. Dead sea cosmetic, probably the most noticeable attraction of this place. All brands and varieties, may be found in many stores, or tasted in spas. Very quiet and relaxed place.

Very quiet and relaxed place. Close to visit other areas such as Masada national park or Ein Gedi by car, taxi or bus. Not many options of places to eat outside of hotel and it is a place literally to relax so do not expect a nightlife as not what the area is about.

This is the Dead Sea, hot sea water, coarse salt sea floor and HOT. A cool day is 35 C, so you need a hat, water, sunscreen/sun block and foot protection if your feet are sensitive. Get a half meal plan, you can easily get by with lunch and dinner. Mix sea fun with pool time.

Front desk staff were very friendly at check-in and during our stay. The Manageress was available to speak to and very nice. Dinner was adequate and tasty and breakfast was okay. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms and hotel were very clean. It is at the back end of the Dead Sea so there was not much noise which is exactly what we wanted. All in all I enjoyed my stay. A perfect place if you just want to relax at the pool or in the room!!
