La Sapinette, hotel in Esterel

Located in Sainte-Adele-, La Sapinette is a chalet boasting a seasonal outdoor pool. The property is 3.1 mi from Ski Chantecler and features views of the mountain.

The full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, etc.) was a big plus for us (one of us wasn't feeling well and dinner reservations needed to be canceled). Very spacious and clean and nice TV. Proximity to rail trail for skiing, biking and walking was great. Overall a nicely layed out space.

It was an overall magical visit.

It was an overall magical visit. The resort is in a beautiful place with a fantastic view of the lake. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well provisioned. The next time we would bring more little things like coffee pods and snacks because the resort is quite remote.

The staff was most welcoming and helpful, but the high-end room rates should have assured greater comfort. Room furnishings (bed included) should have allowed for better sleep and relaxation and the experience of luxury. No public areas to gather in. Felt very much like an office park on a lake. The restaurants were top-notch.

Very good service except one valet with bad attitude.

Very good service except one valet with bad attitude. Breakfast exceptional ! Difficult to access to a chair around the pool. Most of the chair was reserve, but with no one… when you need to check your kids, it was difficult to have a place to sit. Section for adult only was available but couple with no child was not setting there…

I booked this hotel for my handicapped parents thinking that they would be in security! I could not get through the hotel reception to speak to them in their room! If there was an emergency at home, we could not speak to them! They had to call us!! Even when they tried to call reception, there was not always an answer! I found that very disconcerting!! No wheelchair accessibility to the restaurant. Our first dinner, we ordered 3 coffees which were replaced twice because they were all luke warm. We tried a total of 7 coffees with no luck! My parents room was in the basement with very dark grey walls and limited lighting. My father is legally blind and was offered a flashlight so he could see down the hallway. The best employees were server Camille, front desk Jacqueline, Francois and security Amir! They helped out my parents the most! For people with limited mobility, the restaurant had the same menu for lunch and dinner, after a couple of days, it gets old!! Over all, very disappointing stay! They were celebrating their 62nd wedding anniversary and the first morning, their breakfast card had never been picked up and breakfast not delivered! Once they spoke to hotel manager, a nice breakfast was sent by 11:00 am!

Parking is across the street although they offer valet.

Parking is across the street although they offer valet. The AC in the room was not cooling enough. There is only one elevator for the hotel and it is slow! Everything else was perfect! Room was clean, well stocked, comfortable bed and couch, nice fireplace, large balcony. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered a lumberjack breakfast and were very disappointed. substandard, overcooked, more like fast food, but at a restaurant price ($ 23). Considering the quality of the breakfast, I'm not sure I would order dinner there. Wine glass in the suite cannot be used for wine, fortunately, the sommelier gave us two reasonable glasses for wine. If you wine lover bring your own glass (and bottle). Although they have a very good wine cellar and if price not an issue you can buy even DRC!!!! They provide two capsules of Nescafe coffee and one teabag, of course, you can buy coffee downstairs but due to the pandemic it is not very convenient and the quality is not very good. For the price they charge per night, I expected a little more. Fortunately, the village has a very nice little shop with everything you need for the evening. In a general very nice and relaxing place with an amazing vibe.

I had a bad customer experience with Estérel . Usually I don’t rate but this time I have too because I felt not important at all by your employees. I complained about my situation and no one cared about it . You should care more about your guests and take time to listen to them and if needed compensate . Thank you
