I'm American and I don't speak Polish. The staff was friendly and they all spoke English very well and were helpful. The hotel was clean. The food and coffee were really good.

We arrived by bicycle after cycling from Koronowo. There are no accommodations between here and there and this apartment felt like an oasis. Everything is new and nice. Being welcomed with a bottle of wine was an extra special treat. Everything you need is in the apartment, including extra toiletries one doesn’t typically find in a bathroom. There are a number of stores within walking distance. We especially appreciated the chance to wash our laundry. The balcony is wonderful and the bed is extremely comfortable. We would love to have stayed longer.

Let me preface my review by saying that I'm American and I was in Piła for business. I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to explore. Overall, I thought Piła was very nice. It was pretty clean and very pretty. There's a river that runs through town and a nice trail that follows along side it. Piła is not touristy, but there are still a fair bit of people who speak English. There was only one little Kebab shop we went to where the employee spoke minimal English, but everywhere else the employees were proficient. Most places were closed on Sunday, which was unexpected. Prepare for that.

Grocery stores and restaurants everywhere. Many different shops. BigBen Pub has great pizza and many different beers. Great people/owners. Very easy to walk or catch a bus. Many trees, bike paths, parks, etc.
Very nice lady that gave us the keys. She gave us advice about the city and explained how the apartment works. The apartment was very clean and well prepared like in a hotell, dishwashing tablet was prepared, good smells and towels prepared. Cool led lights inside the apartment.
Hotel is located in the city center. Has own parking lot, but you can leave your car on free parking outside of hotel. Room was big enough, with good equippement. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh, with great choice of dishes. Hotel staff was open and easy going.
Great place to relax with friends. Right close to the beach, it wasn't crowded. Heating was efficient. Also a forest nearby and activities to do. Restaurant and bar close by. Bbq facilities available. Piła is a beautiful place
