Nice place , they lied about the pool , its been out of service for months . They did not clean our room the second day , at 4 pm I went and spoke to the lady in the front desk and the gentleman that checked us in the prior night . They said they would find out why it was not cleaned and never called me or send someone to clean the room , I asked the young lady later that night and she said they told her the do not disturb sign was on the door , complete lie , but she took the cleaning people word in stead of us being honest . I was Recomended by friends that know the owner and her father and I will say the place is beautiful and the food was great , comfortable beds , I was so happy with the boutique hotel experience till the lady in the front desk and the gentleman didn’t care about customer service and called me a Liar for asking why my room was not cleaned . , I will say great place but wrong people working first contact positions .

The scuba diving is actually pretty good and the water is warm in the summer. Being only 6 hours drive from Tucson is a real bonus with no flights required with the scuba equipment. Decent restaurants are plentiful. To be honest, if it wasn't for the diving we wouldn't go there.

It is a friendly, safe, convenient smallish beach community of the "just right" size--with lots of activities, restaurants, beach and water sport options, shopping, entertainment, but generally rather quiet, uncrowded (except Easter time), unlike Cancun, Acapulco, etc.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, mountains, sea, desert, has it all. Everything is reasonably priced. HOWEVER, if you want to do anything, boating, fishing, ATV, Rental it is very difficult to find information either on the internet or in person. I have visited SC a dozen or more times and have not yet been able to explore the area other than by foot. SC is perfect for seniors and the people are very friendly.

For water sports enthusiasts, there are beautiful sand beaches, spectacular diving and snorkeling, kayaking, and offshore fishing. The community hosts an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts and numerous gift shops and galleries for shopping and browsing. For the boater, two marinas are available with paved launch ramps, dry storage facilities, complete marine repair and maintenance services, fuel docks and reasonable rates for slip rental. Numerous restaurants featuring seafood, Sonoran beef, Mexican dishes and American cuisine are located throughout the town. Prime real estate is available for sale and there are motels, hotels, RV Parks, condominiums and private home rentals to fit every group and budget.
The apartment had everywhere needed…it was clean…it was almost new….good wifi…very quiet. Small, but very well thought out use of space,, so works well for 2 people. The location is in a quiet local residential area…it is not close to the tourist action…which was good for our style of travel.
This hotel has a lovely pool, surrounded by palm trees. Such a delight to look at. The beds are very comfy and the room we had was very spacious with a bar counter and fridge. Plenty of parking with a friendly watchman.
This place cost 2-3 times more than when I stayed in the past. It was way over-priced and really is a 2 star place. It is funny it is called a beach club when it has no beach!
