Location is so convenient. Beach is beautiful, staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Food was good for an all inclusive. Drinks were plentiful and bartenders were gracious and fun. Activities were fun and special shout out to Andre who kept everyone happy and entertained. Love the fact that music is constantly playing keeping the island mood without being annoying.

I noted the staff to be most courteous. Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and return with family and friends.

The breakfast was okay. You were only allowed a really small glass of juice. I don’t think it was 4 ounces, be prepared to pay if you want a little extra juice.

Beautiful location and warm friendly staff. Comfy beds and amazing views. The beach is stunning and well protected - no vendors at all. I felt very safe leaving my belongings on the deck chair while I took a swim. Food at World Cafe is very good so I recommend eating there as frequently as possible and trying Jamaican dishes because the seafood stew, curried goat, potato pudding and jerk chicken were delicious.
Floating in the clear water was sheer heaven. There are many deck chairs and the breakwaters keep the lagoon very calm and critter free.
Can’t stress safety enough because it’s important in Jamaica.
They are very generous with the alcohol and the cocktails are good. Heavenly pina coladas.
Being all-inclusive you spend nothing. But after experiencing it I’d rather stay somewhere a bit nicer that isn’t all inclusive and get to choose my own food and drinks.
This place is great if all-you-can-drink is your goal.
The parties and events all end by 10.30pm and it was surprisingly quiet in my pool-facing room.
I enjoyed my stay because Jamaica is beautiful and it was restful but the staff - while friendly and well-meaning probably - require a training and departments need to speak to one another.
