We did not spend the whole night. We had a very late flight and didn't want to wait that long at the airport. The location was perfect and it was an excellent value. The staff was very courteous and arranged our drop-off at the airport for us.

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.
The closeness to the airport was very important to us, 10 minute drive. We arrived at the hotel at 0830 and got a room by 1000. We checked out by 2100 same day. We had no breakfast. The owner organised all our transport to the centre of the city at very competitive prices. Make sure when you arrive in Hanoi that you make contact with the hotel and they will arrange pick-up. We didn't and got ripped off by the taxi company inside the terminal. This hotel is extremely good value and run by dedicated wife and husband team.
The room was comfortable and just enough for what we needed, a place for the five of us to rest our heads. We were recommended local restaurant where the food was delicious! Try the fried chicken. The kids loved it! Tommy was incredibly accommodating and very helpful.
If you need a quick pit stop at a reasonable rate, New Airport Hotel will fit the bill.
Very convenient for transportation, only 5 minutes by car from Noi Bai airport. The room is very clean and spacious, the staff is very nice and friendly. Shuttle service is also available but Grab is cheaper.
