Hotel location is great, right at the city center with many places to visit within walking distance.
I like the most their staff attitudes, all are friendly, supportive with big smiles on their faces.

The people of Haiphong are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The city center has a lovely park running through it. The old colonial architecture is rundown in places but interesting to look at.
We stayed out of the old city in a modern development, but would stay in the center next time even though GRAB and the city bus are easy to use.

Food was great in Hai Phong.
Food was great in Hai Phong. With a wide variety catering to other nationality. Seafood is still the freshest in Hai Phong but it is not my cup of tea. Hai Phong is more famous for it ship building and metal industries. So metal parts are normally cheaper in Hai Phong.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.
Great location, close to Haiphong airport. I had a meeting which was only down the road from this hotel so was well located for my needs. The restaurant serves both local and international food which was good for my needs. The hotel also arranged for a car to pick us up from Hanoi airport and take me to the hotel which is approximately a 1.5 hours drive away.
Very happy with my stay, thank you. However, putting the keys of everyone who is not in the rooms on the reception counter and therefor indicating who is out of the hotel and their room is not good security. Otherwise, A very good and enjoyable stay. Thank you.
Good location, about 15 minutes walking from pedestrian streets in Hai Phong. Breakfast is delicious, especially yoghurt. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely comback.
