We did not stay at EMAAR, they change my hotel on the name of upgrade, the hotel change is MOVINPICK which I don't like, MOVINPICK is much cheaper than Emaar which I pay too much money.
Bookin.com should I inform me before changing the hotel. It was booking.com responsibility to inform me about this change, When I arrived Emaar I have a surprise sitting there for me.

We stayed 6 nights in Madinah as a part of holy trip. Selection of hotel is very important. Shopping is easier in surroundings of Haram. Local transport is not available in city and Taxis is the only way to travel. Zayton restaurant is better to try in Taiba centre. Mainstream food outlets are not as per expectations.
I had a delightful stay at Saja Al Madinah hotel. The comfort of the room and the helpful staff, especially Walaa at the Front Desk, made my experience memorable. Salwa's daily check-ins showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The clean, cozy rooms and the hotel's proximity to the Masjid make it a fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.
